IPC Jame Masjid Mississauga (Coopers Avenue Mosque) is hiring a part-time Academics teacher!

We are running a full-time Hifdh program on weekdays for ages 7-14 (Grades 2 to 8) and are looking for a teacher to teach Math, Science, and English to these students in the afternoons between 1-4pm.

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree and Teaching certification with prior teaching experience (preferably in Canada). We are teaching based on the Ontario Curriculum.

In addition, we have additional work available to teach on Friday evenings for our IPC Kids program (Girls) from 7:30pm to 10:00pm (will change through the year to be roughly the same time as Salaat times shift).

You must be computer literate, and comfortable with Microsoft Office, using the internet, and putting together and delivering curriculums, evaluations, and managing young children.
