• The Introductory Essential Points of Uṣūl al-Fiqh.

• The Importance of Uṣūl al-Fiqh in the Development & Study of Legal Rulings.

• Discussions from the writings of Imām al-Ḥaramayn (d. 478), Ibn Qudāmah (d. 620), al-Nasafī (d. 710), Ibn ʿĀṣim (d. 829).
